Welcome to Palm Tree Financial, we are a commercial real estate financing intermediary and consulting firm that originates commercial real estate debt and middle market company business debt and financing.  We arrange institutional and private equity for commercial real estate developers, investors, and middle market companies.  In addition, Palm Tree Financial originates residential debt through the several vehicles for: Conventional loans, FHA loans, Jumbo loans (through Private Trusts and Funds) and Hard Money loans, we specialize in financing estates and large Jumbo loans. We are currently active in the following markets: United States Nationwide, Canada, UK, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean. Our team has over thirty years of experience structuring and underwriting a wide range of financing.

Palm Tree Financial structures financing for the following asset types:  multi-family housing, retail centers, office buildings, industrial buildings, hotels and resorts, senior housing, mixed used properties, self storage facilities, unique properties and raw land for development or acquisition.  Our project size starts at $1.0 Million USD with no maximum, active markets; United States Nationwide, Latin America, Caribbean, (Asia and Europe case by case with larger MSA's in major urban markets).


Our residential loan programs consist of first and second mortgages for purchasing and refinancing of single family residences and estates, high and low rise condominiums (luxury condominiums), 2-4 unit multi-family buildings and attached housing (town homes).  We offer Conventional (Fannie Mae and Freddie MAC), Jumbo, FHA (Ginnie MAE), Hard Money and Stated Income Verified Asset (SIVA) residential lending programs. Our markets include the United States Nationwide, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean. The minimum residential loan size is $200,000 USD (we may consider smaller loan amounts on a case by case basis), there are no maximum loan size limitations. In addition, there is no limitation or restriction for cash out, we specialize in financing estates and large Jumbo loans.
